Feature a series of pins cut to extend from the end of one board to interlock with a series of tails cut into the end of another board. Once glued, a wooden dovetail joint requires no mechanical fasteners.
Doweled construction offers good quality at a very affordable price. Another benefit is that doweled drawer boxes can be flat-packed for easy shipping and on-site assembly.
In addition to standard square sided drawer boxes, Corona Millworks can fabricate them with angled and scalloped sides. While all styles can be used as pull-outs, it is common to use the angled and scalloped options to give a more custom look. Additionally, pull-out boxes include one of our six available scoop options.
